This is where it all begin for Karl Clemmey; the automobile business. While Clemmey Inc. no longer has the large scale automobile business of the past, the company still holds both Class II and Class III Auto Licenses at the business at 390 West St.

Clemmey Inc. is fully licensed for Hoisting, CDL, Auctions, and Appraisals. 


​Clemmey Inc. has expertise in Antique Automobiles from the 30s, 40s, and 50s and in particular Packards and other vintage automobiles.


Clemmey Inc. also provides Heavy Equipment to companies for Land Development, Snow Plow and Removal, and Material Transportation. 


Clemmey Inc. is still owned and operated by Karl D. Clemmey personally.


 

Rumford runs the Commercial Parking Lot located next to the XFINITY Center (Tweeter, Great Woods). Quick Exit parking is vailable for concerts during the summer months. This 18 acre parcel of land is also available for commercial ground lease.

Foundry runs the Commuter Parking Lot at the Mansfield Train Station along with Downtown Retail space. The parking lot is for resident and non resident parking at Train Station. Permits are monthly, but Daily parking is also available.
